  • TRC (Technology Resource Center) in business admin 2 - 2nd floor
    • Jeff Wilges mentioned how he may be able to procure a room for us here.
    • ENGR 1 - 107 //ask the person here for possibly reserving a room
      • Chad mentioned that he did this and the person behind the desk simply directed him to a website.

  • maintain Eric's Apple G4 file server harddrive
  • supplements whatever we get from SGA

  • providing to the UCF community
  • possible $10 for permanent membership
  • $20 donation for a shirt

  • Heat press (pot of boiling water and metal) v.s. Vinyl cutter
  • Tux riding a GNU
  • Tux with a sword and shield with a gold helmet.
  • Brenton volunteered to do vinyl stickers to help promote the club using the logo once it's created.

  • Activity and service fees (ASF)
    • handles any equipment a club wishes to rent

  • no cubicle currently
  • You need a minimum of 12 members to be a club currently we don't have that.

  • currently inadequate - possible remedies for this:
    • PHP
      • dynamic pages you create and can edit later
      • control panel w/MySQL db of users that can modify files on the website.
    • xoops
      • built in groups
      • programmable modules
      • CMS on wikipedia gives a big list
    • joomla
    • punbb
    • phpbb
  • forums integrated with the db for the original website
  • Links to google groups/mailing lists
  • wiki
  • meeting minutes
  • meeting dates
  • what projects are going to occur
  • enticement for people to come to a meeting
