Using network disks with Windows NT
Follow these directions to map your unix home directory into a Windows NT
session:
- Right click on the My Computer or Network Neighborhood
icons and select from the menu Map network drive.
- In the Path box, type \\carnot\login,
where login is your login name, and press enter.
For Windows 2000, use \\mmae\login instead.
- Type your login name in the Connect as box, and type
your unix password in the Password box
This will create a drive letter that corresponds to your home directory.
Don't forget to disconnect (from the same menu) the drive or log out
before you leave.
